About the Author

Born in Ankara, Turkey, Sevtap Yüce started cooking when she was seventeen and learned English while working in a patisserie in Sydney. She now runs a successful café, Beachwood, in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales. Turkish Fire is her third cookbook.
