About the Author

He is the Publisher and Editorial Director of Urban Books and CEO of Urban Books Media, which produces Carl Weber's The Family Business and The Black Hamptons for BET+. He splits his time between New York and Los Angeles.

Born and raised in Baltimore, MT Pope started his literary journey in 2008 and continues to inspire, transform, and entertain readers as well as himself. He is the third youngest of ten children. He loves to spend time with family or at home, watching a great movie. He is currently working hard to get his next literary project finished and out to the world.
