About the Author

James A. Yunker earned his B.A. at Fordham University, his M.A. from the University of California at Berkeley, and his Ph.D. from Northwestern University. He is currently Professor of Economics at Western Illinois University where he teaches microeconomic theory, mathematical economics and econometrics. An important component of Yunker's extensive research and writing deals with visionary projects, of which none is more extraordinarily visionary than his blueprint for a limited but fully functional federal world government.
