Steve Farrar was the author of numerous books for men, including Point Man, Finishing Strong, Battle Ready, and King Me. “Point Man is a go-to resource for leading your family faithfully
and well in the midst of an antagonistic culture. Steve Farrar
calls on men not to simply do better but to be better. Jam-packed
with biblical direction and leadership strategies, this battle
guide will equip you to lead your family to victory.”—Dr. Tony
Evans, president of the Urban Alternative and senior pastor of Oak
Cliff Bible Fellowship
“Steve Farrar is a once-in-a-generation figure. His longevity as a
truth-telling voice in a lie-believing world makes him uniquely
trustworthy. Point Man is his signature work. Compressed on every
page of this book you will find a hopeful, straight-shooting,
tell-it-like-it-is, no double-talk prescription for men who are
tired of reading spiritual pabulum. Steve will challenge and
inspire you with the fervor of a prophet, the wisdom of a reformer,
and the passion of someone who really cares.”—Patrick Morley,
bestselling author, Bible teacher, and founder of Man in the
Mirror
“Point Man is one of the most valuable books you will ever read. It
had a huge impact on me decades ago and continues to today. Steve
Farrar is a great, no-nonsense Bible teacher for whom I have the
highest respect.”—Ken Harrison, chairman of Promise Keepers and CEO
of WaterStone
“Point Man has rightly risen to the status of a classic. Like Caleb
before him, Steve Farrar’s strength, seasoned by decades of
spiritual battle, is more acute and battle ready than ever before.
The appendix is worth the price of the book. And chapter 5 will
blow your mind—in a good way! Steve was a straight shooter back
when. Still is. Fearless. Full of truth. Walks the talk. So strap
in, rework your biblical masculine energy with Steve, and take the
point.”—Stu Weber, pastor and author
