Cristiana Anca started Tales of a Kitchen in late 2012 with her husband. They both love developing healthy new recipes and started keeping track of their creations on the blog. Tales of a Kitchen features loads of healthy recipes including a large selection of raw and vegan meals. Cristiana's recipes became so popular that she started a raw & organic catering business in Australia. Her most popular recipes are the vegetable noodle recipes she makes with her spiralizer. The popularity has inspired her to spin off her catering business to lunchbox meals (she calls it Whole Noodles) using these wholesome noodles.Cristiana was the winner of the People's Choice Award for Voices in 2014 and she was voted one of the Top 5 Food & Wellbeing bloggers.
