About the Author

Hayden Wood's credentials reflect his international and local success. In 1996 he became the World Flair Bartending Champion. He has been the guest speaker and presenter at the International Bartenders Association (IBBA) in Milan on four occasions. He has also presented over 600 workshops to more than 20,000 bartenders and industry people worldwide. Born in New Zealand, he has lived in Sydney since 1994.
