About the Author

Michel Roux Jr is one of London's most respected chefs. Le Gavroche, which he has run since 1994, has 2 Michelin stars and receives recommendations for excellence in every food guide. Since August 2008 Michel has been a regular on Master Chef. He is a keen fisherman and marathon runner.
