Robert Mowry is an amateur historian and the author of Smoking Springs, Adobe Gold, Tucson Knights and Fugitive Father. He and his wife, Ruth, are longtime residents of New Mexico, where he has spent many years involved in bringing water to the arid desert. He has also been a funds developer for a major international NGO/ministry.
