Choon-Hee Kim obtained her PhD from Paris-Sorbonne University. Her research mainly focuses on Henry James studies and comparative literature, and she has held positions as a member of the International Association of Theatre Critics, Researcher at the Institute of Humanities of Seoul National University, and President of the Henry James Society of Korea. She is the author of Roman et théâtre chez Emile Zola et Henry James: étude comparée, and co-author of Greek and Roman Theatre II and The World of English Renaissance Drama I. She has also published articles on a wide range of subjects, including modern metamorphoses of Philoctetes, postmodernist strategies in Julian Barnes, and American artists and the Louvre.
