About the Author

Katrin Schubert, MD, has a PhD in human genetics from the University of Hamburg, Germany, and a BA in Life Sciences from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. For the past 23 years she has been a practitioner of natural medicine in Kensington, Ontario, employing a variety of exclusively holistic and non-invasive modalities. Dr. Schubert is the author of three 5-Minute First Aid for the Mind books including: Reduce Craving, Relieve Stress and Improve Sleep.
