About the Author

LINDA B. SCHULTZ, D.V. M., Ph.D., has worked for over fourteen years in the veterinary profession including the fields of equine medicine, veterinary dermatology, and lab animal medicine and surgery. She is the former owner-operator of an equine medicine and surgery practice. In addition to her academic publications in scientific journals, Dr. Schultz also writes articles on pets and families.
