About the Author

Chi-Cheung Leung is a prolific composer, conductor, and researcher. His music and publication has been performed and published widely. He is the Music Director of the YCMA and Associate Professor of HKIEd. Shiu-Hing Lo is Head and Professor of the Department of Social Sciences at the HKIEd (Hong Kong Institute of Education). He is an expert in Hong Kong and Macao politics, cross-border crime in Greater China, and policing in China and Hong Kong.
