Reviews

Breaking Free of Bonkers shows how effective leading is not about trying to do it yourself. It is about working with, and through, others.
*Professor Dame Sally Davies, Chief Medical Officer, England*

Engaging, clear, rigorous, humane and energizing . . . a must-read for everyone in organizations.
*Kasper Holten, former Director of Opera, Royal Opera House*

Full of wonderful stories and insights that challenge the conventional wisdom.
*Dr Johannes Beermann, Executive Board, Deutsche Bundesbank*

A candid and readable book that goes to the heart of what it takes to lead in our slightly crazy organizations today.
*Kim Boehr, Director of Music, Danish Broadcasting Corporation*

Breaking Free of Bonkers is such a relief. At last someone is telling the truth about the current organizational world: the constant restructurings, the tick-box madness, the "management speak". It explains how the crazy things have happened and what you can do to break free.
*Professor Clare Gerada, Past Chair, Royal College of General Practitioners*
