A Manning 5.0 out of 5 stars Great for small children and very
relatable! Reviewed in the United StatesThis is a perfect book for
small children who have witnessed domestic violence or struggle
with angry/aggressive behaviors. I am a children's therapist and I
always find that children would rather read about a story about an
animal rather than a human any day! The book is small, and the
illustrations are vibrant. Overall, a great book! Great for small
children and very relatable!

Someone complained about the length of this book, but I think it is
just perfect for a small child, and although I am reading it in
Kindle, I am going to buy one for my office lobby - and if it gets
taken by a needy child then I will get another!) Thank you and
please write on another important Child's topic because you have a
knack for this.
Read This Book to Your Children, Please! Reviewed in the United
States Again, author Julie K. Federico advocates for young ones. In
her first book, Some Parts are Not for Sharing, she educates about
body safety using a pair of amazing fish to illustrate her
important story. You'll meet those same adorable fish in her newest
book, Anger is Okay Violence is Not. Designed for preschoolers,
subjects of anger and violence are discussed in easy-to-understand
ways and with suggestions, for the little ones, of what to do.
Statistics are grim for children in households where anger and
violence happen. As a health professional, I say this children's
book needs to find its way to every home, every preschool and every
library. -Judy Martin-Urban, nurse practitioner

Verified PurchaseI am a Reading teacher that often teaches
preschoolers Social Emotional Learning. I use this book as a simple
and effective way to help children manage their angry moments. The
book is engaging, attractive, and spoken in a language that
children enjoy. I will be using this with all of my reading classes
because this book helps children to understand their anger and use
effective ways to control as well as express it.
